This flat has been a truly special home for us over the past 10 years. What started as a spacious home for two, with room for guests, has grown into a family space for us and our toddler. It’s filled with natural light throughout the day - morning sun over the city towards the Greenwich Peninsula, and afternoon light at the rear, overlooking Hilly Fields.
The garden has been a real haven, from sunny morning coffees to summer barbecues and even growing our own vegetables. The street and neighbours are very friendly, and the area has a great sense of community, with Hilly Fields, Brockley Market, and the Ladywell ‘village’ all on the doorstep.
